What is an escape room?
You and your team will assemble in a themed room and will be given one hour to find clues and solve puzzles to complete your mission and “escape” the room.
Is this scary?
Yes, it will scare the crap out of you, so better bring a spare pair of pants and a security blanket to cry into. Just kidding, none of the rooms are scary and there are no live actors.
Are phones allowed?
Phones are not allowed, but they can be stored in the lockers provided. For special circumstances please let the host know. (note, the need to check Instagram and TikTok doesn’t count, mkay)
Will we be physically locked in?
Don’t let your claustrophobia keep you from experiencing the fun! For the safety of all players there will always be one unlocked door. Exit the game at any time if things get too real. You may not re-enter.
Can I come at a time that’s not listed on the schedule?
We’ll try to accommodate as best as we can. Please call us at 858-800-1234 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to discuss your request.
Who's to blame for booking errors?
Please review the date of your reservation and the number of tickets in your cart before you complete your reservation. No exceptions from our refund/cancellation policy will be made due to “bookings made by mistake” or “no shows” from your group.
Can I add a discount after a room is booked?
All sales are final. Discount codes must be used at the time of booking only. No exceptions.
Where can I find parking?
There are two reserved parking spots available in front of MindFox Escape. From there you will only be a hop, skip, and a jump away from adventure. The best part is parking’s FREE!
Are the rooms private?
Yes, rooms are solely booked for you and your private group, so nobody else will see how badly you perform, just kidding. The optimal group is around 4-6 players. Contact us for large groups.
How much is it?
Free! That’s correct, parking here is free. As for tickets, Moriarty’s Manor is $37 per person and Black & White Café is $32 per person. Tickets for minors age 5 or older must also be purchased. There is also a transaction fee.
Is there an age limit?
Our rooms are appropriate for all ages. We require that children under the age of 18 be accompanied by a paying adult, an Avenger or one of the X-Men.
What is your refund/cancellation policy?
We have a strict NO REFUND policy. All sales are final and non-refundable. If you would like to re-schedule your booking, please see our rescheduling policy below.
Can we reschedule bookings?
If you would like to reschedule your booking, please call us at 858-800-1234 and speak to a host or email us at email@example.com 24 hours before your reservation start time. If you need to reschedule with less than 24 hours of your reservation start time, there is a $50 rescheduling fee. Rescheduled reservations must be re-booked within 60 days of your original reservation date.
What happens to late arrivals?
We ask you to arrive 15 minutes prior to your reservation time. This is essential for everyone’s experience. You did pay for 60 minutes so if 30 minutes are left, it’s yours to use.
